Army of Assistants

We’ve all dreamed of what we’d do with more time or resources. Well here is your chance to make those dreams a reality. You must read through to the end. We have a very important request to make this possible.

Impakt is committed to revolutionizing the coaching industry by doing all we can to free up coaches to do more of what they love. We’ve talked about it before, (quite a few times actually). Here is the essence of why we are committed to this mission. Our coaching software tools are designed to get you from data (stats, video, any info…) to decisions fast. Real fast.  By freeing up your time from behind a desk and off the computer, you will have more time to do what you love. Why is that important? Because you are a coach, and as a coach, you likely got into the game to drive the next generation to achieve more than they thought possible. By doing this, you are teaching them leadership skills, perseverance, work ethic and commitment to something greater than themselves (among many other things)!

So how do we do it? For starters, we have a team of sharp coaches and technicians working relentlessly. Yet, we know that the best ideas are still to come. Those ideas are your ideas!  For the next six months as we continue to improve our beta product, we are pursuing the ultimate “Army of Assistants” (as coined by a college coach from Iowa who we had a discussion with last year).

So, how do we collect and share this information back with you? For starters, we have one of the strongest collection of football coaches on Twitter. So we will be running a Twitter #ArmyofAssistants campaign asking coaches from across the nation what they need and want help with. We’ll take in the ideas, and allow you, the coach, to vote on what you most want to have. Here is a link directly to our Twitter profile. Add any idea, big or small.

Feel free to use the comments section below to also add ideas. Sign up for our quarterly newsletter to have the progress and results sent directly to you along with other helpful coaching tips.
